Yogurt icing

Is there a way to make a yogurt dip that hardens and doesn't need to be refrigerated? If not yogurt, could I use a yogurt powder or carob powder? I feel like the white ribbon pastel's and candy melts have too much sugar....so I need an alternative that does the same thing...a diy recipe. Thank you for your time!

It can be done but not with grocery store ingredients. It would be much cheaper and better to buy ready-made product.
