Icing large number of biscuits

I am planning to use the icing mix to drizzle on about 3000 pumpkin purée based biscuits I am baking and freezing as I get them done . (Half done). Huge job! I am going to drizzle icing from piping bag with the biscuits close together, then package in small bags and refreeze ASAP. If I mix one cup of powder at a time and don't use it all at once, how best to keep it so I can use again in a day or two? Or should I make smaller icing amounts at a time? Using white and may add powdered color for others. Tell me what to do!!! Thanks.

To use Magifrost, it should be applied to room temperature treats after baking, (not to frozen treats). Let the icing dry hard in open air and then you can package and refrigerate or freeze if desired. If you put them in the refrigerator, freezer, or packaging before the coating dries hard, it may be sticky, runny, or crack. We recommend you use as much powder as you plan to use in one sitting. If you have extra, put it in an airtight ziplock bag (and remove all air) and refrigerate. It will last a few days. Do not put it in an airtight plastic container because those still have air in them.
