How to prevent bubbles in icing
by: Dog Treat Icing Expert

Hi Hillary.

Bubbles come from whipping in too much air into the frosting or icing mix. An electric mixer or beater will be overzealous in its whipping! Try mixing by hand to prevent the inclusion of air and this should solve the problem.
